I also had to wait longer than I’d liked for breakfast on one occasion, which was challenging due to an early appointment at the Embassy. Staff were courteous and quick to help, especially arranging transportation. Overall, a positive experience with a few areas to improve on.

The hotel features a modern design that truly impressed me.
Unfortunately, the communication barrier at the reception was a significant challenge, as the staff struggled to speak English, which is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing in my room made for an uncomfortable stay. I could hear the television from the adjacent room and even someone's coughing. The towels provided were also below par, feeling rough and having an off smell, which is not what I expected.
