Az Hotel - Bogota

The hotel features a modern design that impressed me. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was great. I loved the simple yet delicious breakfast served each morning, though I did wish it included more variety beyond just eggs. The twin room offered a comfy stay, but some furnishings felt a bit cramped. I also had to wait longer than I'd liked for breakfast on one occasion, challenging due to an early appointment at the Embassy. Staff were courteous and quick to help, especially arranging transportation. A positive experience with a few areas to improve on.

The location is great with nearby restaurants, but breakfast could be delivered earlier for early appointments.

Our king room was more than new-fashioned. We truly enjoyed wake-up service available. Good and absolutely perfect location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Dined at Brasa Brasil, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Unfortunately, the communication barrier at the reception was a significant challenge, as the staff struggled to speak English, quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The lack of soundproofing in my room. I could hear the television from the adjacent room and even someone's coughing. The towels provided were also below par, feeling rough and having an off smell, not what I expected.

The location of the Az Hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently near various attractions and eateries, making exploration very easy.

One downside was the lack of sufficient lighting in the room, feel a bit cramped, especially considering the large beds.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the room was super clean and cozy. I found the breakfast options a bit basic.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend escape in Bogota with the best value. I appreciated the clean and cozy room , made for a pleasant stay. Arriving at breakfast early helped score a tasty meal that gave me energy for my day's activities!

The rooms were nice and very clean! I really appreciated how helpful the staff were, particularly at breakfast. They even offered to make me an omelette!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable.

The hotel was well priced and overall clean. the room was modern with a nice bed and a wonderful bathroom. - the property has a particularly good location, close to the nearest store as well as Bogota for business purposes. - the hotel is also close to the US Embassy.
